You can request the voucher in digital format, which is a pdf sent by email or in hard copy, which will be sent by post. The email version will be sent on receipt of your order, the hard copy will be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order. The digital format is suitable for printing and presentation.

On receipt of payment, we will send you a genealogy gift voucher and an assessment form, addressed to the recipient of the gift, nominated by you.
The recipient of the gift can get in touch with us to book a time for their consultation. They may wish to send us some of their family information in advance, in which case they can fill in the enclosed assessment form and sent it to us. Alternatively, they may wish to impart this information when we meet.
We will review their information and prepare a unique and tailored research strategy that will meet their research objectives and guide them on progressing their own research. This service is akin to having your own personal genealogist, helping you to progress your family tree.
The research strategy will identify sources that should be consulted and will include the following:
•Description of the source, highlighting its relevance in genealogical research, its origins and historical context.
•How you can access the recommended records (online or in a repository)
•What you can expect to find when you consult the sources, highlighting the difficulties or common errors that many researchers face when consulting these records.
We will be available to answer any questions that might arise during the course of their research.
Our report will, in addition, contain historical and topographical information about the area where the family originated and the real origins of the surnames submitted on the assessment form.

Genealogy Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Our research report will be produced within 30 working days on receipt of assessment
form.

The Timeline genealogy gift voucher is only valid for Irish genealogy.

Delivery

Genealogy Gift Vouchers are issued either by post or by email, to the address specified at the time of
purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the
purchasers preference.

Refunds and Transfers

The genealogy gift voucher is non transferable and non refundable.

Stolen or lost vouchers

Don’t worry, we will keep an electronic record of your purchase, so if you loose your
