Media Research

Timeline Research has developed strong working relationships with various Irish, British and American production companies, providing research and expertise for genealogy and history programs.

With years of experience working with the ” Who Do You Think You Are?” team at Wall to Wall Productions, we have an understanding of what is involved in the creation of engaging television programs.

Timeline has worked with Big Mountain Productions on the first series of The Genealogy Roadshow, providing genealogical research for the content (aired on RTE August – September 2011).

Timeline provided research and consultancy for the award nominated documentary series The Tenements for TV3, an in-depth look at life in the Dublin Tenements in the early 20th century. Timeline director Nicola Morris was also a contributor on the programme.

We have written articles for the” Who Do You Think You Are?” magazine and website and Irish Roots magazine.  We can prepare material for publication in any media on a wide range of genealogy and historical subjects.
Our experts can also provide advice and direction at the beginning of a project, research services during the project, background history and context for the subject, images of maps, photographs, drawings and documents in any format.
